Can you help me get a hardship license in Florida?
We can file the FR44 the DHSMV wants to see. We cannot grant a hardship license. That decision sits with Florida, not with an insurance agency.
Some people apply for a hardship while they are still working through DUI school. If your paperwork says they want an FR44 on file first, we shop 15+ carriers and file electronically the same day you purchase so you are not standing at a counter with no certificate. We've talked to people who booked a hardship appointment and only then started shopping insurance. That is backwards.
Eligibility, business-only driving, and whatever else the DHSMV printed on your notice can change, and we will not recite a hardship script we cannot stand behind. Bring the letter. We match the filing to it.
