If you're reading this, you probably need two things right now: a lawyer and insurance. We handle the insurance side — the FR44 filing that Florida requires after a DUI conviction. But the legal side comes first, and it deserves someone who knows Florida DUI law inside and out.
We built this page because our clients ask us for attorney recommendations constantly. We're not lawyers and we don't give legal advice — but we talk to DUI defendants every single day, and we know the attorneys whose clients consistently come to us prepared, informed, and ready to move forward.
If you're an attorney and you'd like your firm listed here, we'd welcome it — there's no fee and no catch. We believe in giving our mutual clients the best resources available. Reach out at (855) 678-6977 or contact us here.
Listings below are provided as a community resource. MyFloridaFR44 does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any attorney's services. Always verify credentials and conduct your own due diligence.

What Happens After Your DUI Case
Once the legal side is resolved, Florida requires an FR44 insurance filing to reinstate your license. Here's what that means in plain English:
The FR44 is a certificate — not a policy type — that your insurance company files with the Florida DHSMV proving you carry 100/300/50 liability limits. It runs three years from your reinstatement date.
Your attorney handles the court. We handle the insurance. Most of our clients go from "case resolved" to "FR44 filed with the state" in a single day.
